Who is LPAC?

Loving Paws Adoption Center (LPAC) was built in 2011.  LPAC is a physical shelter in Crocker, Missouri.  Our shelter is governed by the 501(c)3 of Pulaski County Humane Society (PCHS).  PCHS board meets once a month to discuss upcoming events and further operations of the shelter.

We house up to 8 large dogs and 3 small dogs within the shelter.  We can also house up to 15 cats in the shelter.  We depend on fosters to help us through high volume times of intake.  We are lucky to have people who are willing to open their homes to dogs/cats in order for us to bring more in off the streets.  We focus heavily on the stray and abandoned animals.  Owner surrenders are taken on a case-by-case basis when we have availability in the shelter.

Our mission is to help pets in need through sheltering, adoption, fostering, education, spay/neuter, and community outreach. Our shelter is a safe, comfortable, no kill place for these animals to stay until they find their forever home.
